An Unexpected Course in Small Business

The Craft and Chocolate Affaire event is in the books! As this was my very first show of any sort, the value came not so much in sales, but rather in the experience.

I learned so much from the other vendors, all of whom were extremely kind and anxious to help me out. I even sparked up a dozen or so conversations with customers who were willing to offer their insight as to how I could serve my customers better. There is no question that my next show will be better because of all the help I received.

And since The Craft and Chocolate Affaire was an abbreviated MBA course in small business with many takeaways, I will be sharing those stories in subsequent posts. Stay tuned for some amazing marketing insight!
