Refund policy

At Besuwe, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please return the item within 30 days of receiving it, and ensure it is in new and unused condition.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at CustomerService@besuwe.com. Please provide your name, order number (if known), and a brief reason for the return. We will promptly send you a return shipping label at no cost to you. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged Items or Wrong Items Shipped

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item. We are committed to addressing such issues as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
For exchanges, the fastest method is to refund your purchase. We recommend you then repurchase the new item directly from our website. If for some reason this is not practical or acceptable, please let us know at CustomerService@besuwe.com.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
