Why Quality Matters - and what I'm doing about it.

Today, I was faced with the challenge between filling incoming orders, likely soon-to-be Christmas gifts, and my non-negotiable commitment to providing only quality products.
I refuse to be just another company where a T-shirt is carelessly crumpled, stuffed into a plastic shipping bag, only to be tossed onto my customer's doorstep by a disinterested carrier.
Despite the Christmas rush, I've set aside a seemingly flawless shirt, pulled from my stock due only to a minor yet unacceptable flaw. I hate running into this, but I inspect everything I sell and I would much rather make the discovery myself than leaving that to my customer.
However, all is not lost - If the item fits me, it becomes part of my wardrobe. If not, I add it to my collection of photography subjects for use on my website and social media.
BeSuWe is not intended to be just an online store.
My goal is to create a community and within that, an experience that people will enjoy for the long term. I'm actively seeking input from customers and knowledgeable business people, and developing new ideas, products, and designs. My vision of this business extends beyond providing quality merchandise. I want to create an entire buying experience—from high quality products to thoughtfully crafted packaging and shipping materials.
All of this is for you, the customer.
